Kit Carlson EMS Question...
Hi Jake,
I was just wondering what throttle bodies you will be offering with the Kit Carlson EMS EFI kit when it is available? Will they be the Jenvey ones like on the test engine shown on your website?
Are there any plans to offer a single center mount throttle body and IR runners as well?
Cheers
Mark

I plan to offer the Kit Carlson system with Jenvey T/Bs in the deluxe kits due to their price. Right now the dollar sucks so bad that my 52mm Jenveys cost me almost 1200 bucks with fuel rails and etc!
I will also offer the arrangement with a set of CB Throttle bodies as well.
There is a plenum in the works for the EMS, but don't count on seeing it for atleast 8-12 months..

Finally, a good use for the 009... Saves having to throw them into the bin!MASSIVE TYPE IV wrote:It uses a modified 009 for simplicity sakes. All the 009 does is tell the brain what cylinder to fire. None of the ignition curve is in the dizzy- however..
Really interested in this, will be keeping a close eye on developments.

Can't wait!!!
Just 1 more question, promise....
Are you using MAP as well as TPS for sensors back to the ECU? If so, how do you get a MAP signal from each TB?.....can you just drill and tap each TB and run a vacum line to a MAP sensor (or maybe Daves system has a MAP sensor in the brain? That would be cool!)
Cheers

ps; The new shop looks great!
