does it factor in the weight of the car? gonna be a big difference their ,,a 500 lbs car compared to a 2000 lbs

Most calculators are probably for front engine V8 cars. So there’s a curve.

Yes you just put in the weight and the time.
But wheelspin, slow shifts, etc.... Would surely affect it. Has to be in the ballpark though.

I dug up a copper gasket so with the sillycone and the gasket we'll see Thinking about just finding some copper sheets and make my own

These are the ones I use.....one on each head and I also use them on the J-tube flange.

I put a little copper seal on each side of the gasket and cinch them down.
If your flanges aren't flat then no amount of sealer is going to help. Sand them down with a flat file or better yet a belt sander to get them as flat as possible.

More like 'where the heck is that part' , sort of thing only hard part on building a stroker is the mock up ,/clearancing so the rods don't hit anything

Exactly, you also have to accept the fact that shims will generally be needed to get your deck height correct, but once that distance is figured out it's really no big deal.
