Hi, thanks for reactions.
Its a 44 weber (single) 32mm venturi, CB turbo emulsion tubes. Air 225 Main 155. Idle 55.
Engine is a 1971cc type 4, 8.3:1 compression, webcam 119 turbo cam (276) + t1 lifters, turbo TD04 - 13T
009 dist, set on 10, and locked to max 24.
It smokes very black, so looks like to rich? I have a malpassi turbo fuel pressure regulator, but was not able to check the fuel pressure yet.
Also the Wideband fails again! pff I contacted the supplier again.

Re: T4 - Blow Through Turbo - VW Splitscreen
The way I got my blow through dells to work was to 1st get it to run correct N/A. SO no boost pipe or fpr plumbed in.
blow through carbs work with standard size jets , its the fuel pressure increase on boost ,along with the mod rings and Turbo E tubes that richen up the mix on boost.
My idle jets are 50
The mains are 140.
had to lower the float height
and fit big vents. 36mm
32 mod rings AND
IF the float bowl doesn't get boost pressure it wont work . Either fit an extension tube into the air flow or enlarge the carb vent. I enlarged mine. The vents in each carb are 3/4 inch round hole's.

HI Garrick, thanks!
Not much.
I rebuild the 1600 to 1641 with 040 heads, and also rebuild the rear of the bus.
The turbo engine is out , and maybe I will sell it. .. dont know yet.
