Re: AMR500 on a 1600cc - V2
I think my radiator is a bit smaller than that and seems to work ok. I'm sure bigger is better in this case but it may be worth a shot since you already have it. I also made a scoop. I think my tank with long 3/4" lines holds 3.25 gallons. Don't remember for sure 100% though.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I think I will use this as I already have it, and I have mounted IAT bungs both before and after the IC so I can monitor the effect. Maybe I also should add a couple of temp sensors on the water-side. I honestly dont know how many spare inputs I have on the microsqirt, so I guess I have to do some reading first

You can also add a fan to that cooler if it gets above the temp that you're looking at. Either through the MS or a manual one or some inline temp switch at a set temp etc.

Hi, do you guys know if my mexican fuel injected would work with the amr500 with the stock ecu and distribuitor?

The stock ecu is unlikely to add the needed extra fuel once boost has raised the intake manifold pressure above atmospheric.

I remember the when I was trying to use the german type 1 efi in a 1776 the injectors were about maxed out. I think with a new ecu like speeduino or MS and larger injectors and bigger fuel pump you'd be good to go.
