Hi,
On 6 Jan 2017 the latest Version of PHPBB was released and has a number of significant upgrades.
Over the next few weeks I will be doing some Beta testing on the code base to see if we have any issues with an upgrade as well as continuing the fight on the spammers.
Hopefully 3.2 will address some of the issues we are having with user registrations and email, so far testing has shown this to be the case.
Anyway, please bare with us as we transition to the new version and then begin to roll in new features to make the board an easier place to hang, relate and share.
Cheers,
Brad

Re: PHPBB Major Update
Any idea if it's going to fix the missing photos issue on older threads?

Re: PHPBB Major Update
No it won't
They are all still there in the DataBase they just need to be reassociated and it has not made it to the top of my todo list.
I need to do a heap of research and I am not actually confident it will ever fix due to the way the old board was setup and the backend storage.

Re: PHPBB Major Update
There only seems to be a "reply with quote" reply option now, and no "buttons" around the options (Intentional?),
(OK, found that, the lack of "buttons" makes stuff hard to find.)
...and some other (minor) rendering issues in FF45xx, mostly with the user control panel and donate text overlap.
Looks same with latest chrome...
Also haven't found the navigation buttons to go fwd/back a page in threads.
Makes it hard to read.

Working very hard to go back to "STF Style". Buttons will return. Stand by, please.

I can't get past page one in any topic. I see there are button issues. Ok. STF is worth the wait.

Admins
Why not just use a default template. The one you are trying to use appears to be very old so is unlikely to work without a lot of work.
Just set everyone to use the default template and then you can fix it as when you have time.

Re: PHPBB Major Update
Should have stayed with most current one after last major upgrade. Once you get used to it it was ok.... It worked.... Trying to go back is just a major headache for sys-op and users...

...but not being able to read past page 1 of any thread does render the board pretty useless for research. I have resorted to reordering the posts from ascending to descending to at least get to the last page...
I have noticed many of the uploaded pictures seem to be reappearing.

Thank you to whoever loaded a working template, board is navigable again.
The STF logo can always be added later.
