I'm having the same issues with Microsoft edge. It's telling me...

Can't connect securely to this page.
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the websites owner

.msq is not an accepted file extension so you cannot upload it as an attachment. We only allow the common file extensions for most applications used today(images, text documents and compression extensions)

You can zip it up(add it to a compressed file) and then upload it.
