Yeah, it's been a while. Went through a divorce, took funds and time, then got distracted by other cars and projects... Just bought a house with a shop though so looking forward to making some progress again.

Changed the tires up a bit to make things fit better...went 235/45 & 195/45

Some 18 X 8's that I bought off the Vortex for a great price, cause they're ugly as is. Second pic is them about to go in the machining center to be fixed so they look good. They're 5 X 100's. I'm going to build a disc brake kit for my bug that uses all new parts, hubs, rotors, calipers etc to get some big brakes on without having to run around and scavenge parts from other cars.

Those Yokohama S-drives on Bender's ride were my choice on the front too (some other Yoko on back)- I've met several people with them, and haven't heard a single bad review.

Yes....Yoco's front and rear...Rim's are 17x7" and 18x8"...Rim's are Enkei EKM3 with a 45mm back set
FRONT: 195/40R17 S drive....
REAR :205/40R18 Sdrive....
TIRE RACK: 1 800 428 8355....( Nick ext.246 ) is the man....
3" beam....Bolt P; is 5 on 4.5...easy and fast mod....Bolt's rite up..
This is using Porsche disc's and calip's all the way around...check your specks..

My sons GL 1303. BBS wheels from Subaru Liberty (5x100 pcd), 17x7 55 ET, tyres are 215/45x17 Federal 595RS.

The car needed skinny struts on the front and steel 944 trailing arms and brakes on the rear.
