Doc, I started this topic because it looks like I can't PM you anymore. I can PM myself though.

I followed your instructions and I still never get a reactivation email at my comcast.net address, my desired one. Can you manually reactivate this email for me? Any idea what's up with my messaging? Thanks for your help.

I should also add that specifically, I have four messages that appear to be stuck in my outbox, but the ones I send to myself go through.

I think it only leaves your outbox when they sign in?

I think it leaves the outbox after you view it.

I figured out how the outbox works. I still can't get emails though. I need to call my provider.

If you have a spam guard or pop up filter on your email, you may have to specifically authorize getting mail from STF.
