WBX and Pauter rockers
Has anybody used them or do they work with wasser head and hydraulic lifters?

They will work on the wasserboxer head and they will work with hydraulic lifters (the type of lifter does not matter one bit). You will also need new pushrods to properly set up rocker geometry, which is necessary any time you change to a rocker with a different ratio.
