At first glance it may appear There Were Drugs Involved , but it comes out of Southwest Research Institute, where they do Interesting things with engines for the OEMs for a living...

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Huh... I wonder what the torque is like without the turbo also what that distribution mixer looks like. I'm imagining basically a resonator (the kind that looks like a cheese grater on the inside) with a chamber filled with EGR gas surrounding the intake pipe with the holes facing towards the engine so air speed would draw the exhaust into the stream. But I don't guess that would work under boost...
