Pull all the fuses, one at a time and Clean the ends with Scotchbrite, then clean all the terminals on both sides of the fuse panel one at a time (Easier that way to keep in order). Seems like that did away with the intermittent issue I had. I know I've done that on a couple of occasions to eliminate gremlins... maybe that was the symptom I did it for on of those times...
all ends of the fuses have been cleaned and polished, along with the fuse holder blades. That was the first thing I did.

It is an intermittent ground contact issue, and appears to be something in the steering wheel area, as the latest "percussion adjustment" can replicate the issue.
I gotta yank the wheel back off, and troubleshoot (beat on stuff) a bit more.

If you need a second set of eyes on the scene on your day off... I could come and lend a set after work hours (If the work load comes down a bit... Last Mon - Sat. = about 60 hours... possibly another week of this or more... another "hot job"... you know... where sales didn't get approval until the customer wanted it delivered... Got a set of GulfStream Gear with unlimited OT attached... till they ship.

Let me know when you're off and I'll see about getting over there to play.
