Might be a good idea for guys who allready have efi and want a little power adder.
Then there is only the cost of flanges, pulleys and mounting hardware.
I know, those little blower make for high intake temperatures... intercooling a supercharger is a little harder than on a turbo.

You're making me more and more relieved I went turbo. Packaging is a huge issue outside of the mounts and belts. You're the only person I've seen do it properly and even you're admitting it's hard work.

When it's not carb based, there is some roadblock to deal with. I could probably fit my intercooler back in and pull a good amount of the heat out. But I know that I am pushing this charger pretty hard. If I could twin charge, that would really be perfect. All the bottom end with the charger transitioning to top end of turbo. The difficult part about this, is that an AMR never came with a clutch option to turn it off like some of the larger SC12, S14 and Mxx series chargers are able to do. I've got some parts to try some magic, but no time to do it.
As it is right now, 120ft lbs of torque just off idle makes for a hell of ride

Maybe I'm missing something. Your measuring temps near the outlet of the blower. When you inject fuel at the intake manifold, does it not absorb heat just like it would if injected at the top of the blower? To get a true intake charge temperature, I would think you would have to take the measurement after the injectors.

I think you're thinking of alcohol fuel. Petrol doesn't help that much from what I remember. What @petew wrote is correct, fuel doesn't pull heat like water, alcohol or methanol. I tried using the single injector pre-charger to cool my intake temps and it made very little difference. Look at OEM applications, they never have the intake air temp after the injectors.

You should do the graph overlay with stock compared to charged. Most people won't go from ITBs on a stocker to a SC. Comparing stock to SC would convince more people of the gains I think. Sounds BAD ass.

With a single TB on the mexi parts it was 59/80, very close. I didn't dyno at the same shop though and that is why I used the ITB numbers
