How strong is the bellow on the 1/2 side?

I'm sketching and planning my new exhaust, and planning on doing every tube fron port to collector solid.

It has slip fit tube in the center that slides with the outer bellows, It's pretty substantial. But with heat it's intended to move around. So I am adding another to the opposite side and coming up with mounting bracket to hold the turbo.

Amazing! Interested in what you come up with for the wastegate!

How long till you’ll be able to work out a price on it ;)

It`s about time someone built a turbo engine without a wastegate! :)

Ok, do you really think you need one on each side?

Maybe the thicker wall thickness needs more room to move..?

I've never actually found credible info on how much an engine grow, so I think thinner wall tubing will be able to move a bit on it's own?

JPM is perhaps the only credible source of relevant information regarding this important matter. I especially remember the lection he gave me regarding spring pressure and cylinder head movement.

And a few of us have perhaps experienced the RPMS going up when the engine is hot when using a poorly made throttle linkage.

Hey Kalle I was wondering if you had a rough dimension or volume of your intercooler tank? I want to fab something up to fit in the front of my car kind of like yours, but I'm struggling with coming up with a design.

Approx 23 liters. Go as big as you possibly can fit in your spare wheel well.
