I'm putting a 2054 together today. I'm running a Web 163, right in the middle of those 2. With 1.25 rockers I will be right at .500" lift with 250@50. I hope to have it running this weekend and can let you know how it is.

Yeah, I'd love to hear how that runs. On Web's site it shows the 218 as .459" lift. I'm not sure if that's at the cam, or with 1.1 rockers, but if it's at the cam that would give .574" lift with 1.25's. That seems pretty big, so I'm guessing their advertising the lift assuming 1.1 rockers? If my math is right that means it's .417" at the cam and with 1.25 rockers that would put it at .522" lift.

Is the FK10 more aggressive than the FK8? How does it run off boost? How's it idle?

Yes it is advertised with 1.1 rockers so you are correct.
If you check the specs of the cams at aircooled.net it gives a little more description on the cams.

I think I'm going with the Web 218 on 112 LSA. Since I don't have a lot of displacement I feel like this is the best middleground for good performance on and off boost.

I think you will be very happy with it. I believe it will be just right for your small turbo. You have a very good combo planned out. Although with efi and water/meth, you may keep an open mind with a bit more boost.

I may have talked myself into doing an 82mm crank which would put me at 2180cc. Would the Panchito head be too small even with a turbo? I know wedge ports would probably be better, but I'm already having Mario build me a center section from stock style injected manifolds, so wedge port heads would probably be pointless with the smaller manifolds.

I doubt it. If you look through CB site, most of his builds have panchitos. Even big strokers and turbos.
