Selling my 1979 VW Type 2 in Central Illinois

Here are photos and the story behind my VW https://onin.com/VW/

I bought it from the original owner in 1992 and have replaced the engine twice. I didn't drive it between September 2015 and July 2021 (it sat inside my barn).

I charged up the battery and drove it to one of our garages this summer (we have three acres with a barn and a couple of garages)... and then I let my loving wife (an accountant) and her sister (a nurse) have at "rebuilding the engine." (I'm not a mechanic either https://onin.com/x117)

Now it won't start at all. We suspect they let a paper towel get sucked into the engine when they were starting it while the engine was partially disassembled.

This morning, my loving wife told me she is giving up on repairing/rebuilding the engine and wants me to try to sell our hippy van before I hike in the mountains for seven months in 2022 https://onin.com/AT
