Top has 3 connectors (8mm), lowest is feed from tank (via 8mm outlet), top is the vent to tank top, middle is return from pressure regulator. Also output in the top from pump.

Inside the pump is a Golf mk2. 114ltr/hr at 3 bar. Good for 100bhp or so. Pump has a mesh screen around it.

Two halves are sealed by large o-ring.

Pump design enables the use of a stock carb tank with no baffles.

Pump looks interesting and probably it's quiet . I bet it will flow more than 100hp

The white baffle (for input/ return to pass through) with mesh filter appears to be removable but I didn’t go that far.

Pump might be bonded in at the top although I was hoping it would use an O-ring, in case I needed to swap out the pump for a higher flow rate item.

For the price, I thought it was worth a look.

I just ordered one $35 . I'll put it on my flow bench and see what it will do through a 3 bar filter/reg

Great, please share the info when you have done the testing, if you don’t mind.

I have a basic 1641 built & making low cost EFI for it next (including using this pump).

Yes will do It'll be ideal for the bus conversions I make which are sub 150hp and mostly sub 120hp
Do you have the electrical connector part number ? It looks like a standard but you never know

Guessing the original part number is VW 191906232A but it should be a generic connector.

Pump arrived so I might even get to test in the next few days as I have the flow bench out ready.
Connector is larger than I thought and I can't seem to find them anywhere at the moment

Tagging for test results. It would be nice if it supported more HP.

Yes, it like a large JPT socket. Probably made by Tyco / TE . The plug is obtainable from VW Classic (you get the pins separately). I was going to see if a standard spade terminal would fit for test purposes but haven’t checked yet.

Pins are roughly 6mm wide so a 6.3mm spade terminal should fit, I think. There is a 4mm gap between the pins so enough room for one to be insulated? That would do for a test set up.
