Mexi EFI run my 1968CC?
Looking at jumping into the EFI pool and I’ve been looking at using the Mexi EFI Induction with a Megasquirt 2 ECU. The engine is a 1968CC I’m in the process of putting together. Cam is a web cams 163, MOFOCO 041 heads, naturally aspirated. Is the Mexico EFI enough for this combo? Mainly concerned if the throttle body is large enough. And what injectors I should be looking at.

I'm considering the same for my 1776 with CB 2239 cam. I would be using microsquirt. From what I've seen, people have successfully used the mexi kit for up to 2L. I think it would give great torque and drive-ability which is what I'm after. I never rev about 5000rpm.

I love the idea of using the mexibeetle EFI. Can someone provide a link that gives a good description of the set up? I really fancy building a 2110, semi hot engine, and want to see if the mexibeetle EFI is practical for my application.
Thanks

Dub shop listed kits of the genuine parts. Intake, end castings, throttle body etc. you also need a special alternator stand which has more space for the intake.
Also www.1600i.de is a good resource on parts, such as the specific fuel pump assembly.

I may start an EFI conversion thread soon. Converting my 1776 with dual Weber 40 IDF's to the Mexi EFI kit.
