That´s where we ended. Verry happy with the gains with only bigger injectors.

My guy is going to continue tuning it today and tommorow. Buggy is still at his shop.

Had some problems achieving higher boost levels. To be continued

do you datalogg this time? i don't belive that this turbo can hold 21psi over the whole rpm range on a 1641cc. if you have allready 234hp @15psi then this is close to the max boost. results plus rebuild is nice and sweet. whats the hot side of that turbo? a 6cm2?

Not datalogging yet, first searching whey it wont boost further than 15psi. We did manage to see 21psi two times but the ecu threw us out at 4800rpm.

My tuner is searching in the ecu for where problems come from.

He´ll figure it out.

Seeing that clonebug is pushing 21psi for a few years on the same turbo...

what ecu are you running and why no datalogging? do not understand where the tuner is seachching if not first in the loggs?
that turbo can see way more boost than 21psi. i just said i do not belive that it will hold that boost till your "redline". you will find out if or if not. and dataloggs will help.

Running the cb gen4 efi.

Main goal saturday was to get the new injectors tuned

He tunes in realtime adjusting the fuel table values.

When I have more new´s, i´ll post it here!

had a quick look at clonebugs build first page. he has a stock 1584cc if not changed later and his turbo has a 9 blade turbine wheel in it that is definitly not a stock wheel i bet yours have 12 blades. at 5500rpm your torque is allready falling thats why i would not tune the hell out of it to reach that 21ps goal, it may physically not possible. you can overrun that tiny turbo infact of the small exducer compressor wheel but if the hot side chokes it chokes. 57cc and that 9blade makes a big difference. but at the end doesn't matter good luck to get the moste out of it how it is. 👍

Problem was an overboost setting problem that wasnt in psi like we tought but in kph/kpa. Cb gen4 efi is confusing sometimes.

My guy ended here:

Can´t say how happy I am.

Picking it up tommorow.

He´s only gonna clean up the lower section of the fuel table for driveability.

I´m not at his place now but he say´s the engine is craaaazzzzyyyyy
