I really like the way that looks but I’m not a great welder. This is easier for me to setup and do a downpipe setup off of. I have some 2” piping on the way and just need to make to S shaped downpipes to put things around the original exhaust exit on the 912 body, which I am trying to avoid modifying. Something like what I drew on the attached picture in red

Just try to keep the passengers side exhaust heat from the drivers side cold air intake.

Yeah I plan on wrapping the downpipes with quality lava wrap to keep the temps down. Luckily running on megasquirt I have constant air intake temperature monitoring so I have an easy way to keep an eye on things
