85 Digijet rich sloppy idle. I've tried everything.

Did you ever get the idling problem fixed? I have a -84 Vanagon with the Digijet and a 2021 GoWesty 2.2 liter engine. My idling is lumpy when cold but my main problem is weakness at revs below around 1700. It has almost no power as the traffic light goes green. The engine may stop unless I rev it up a bit. So it seems similar to your problem. When cold it performs better and at speed the engine is good.
