Post by aerowagen »

hello everyone, I just got thru installing the new 3387 engine into my singlecab truck.....I had alot of response from people here and everyone wanted pics, e mail me at [email protected] and I will send them to you....The new engine dynoed at 394 hp with a whopping 443 ftlbs of torque...both readings were at the rear axle and I have gained impressive results with the b&m 6-71 blower installed.........This is the ultimate conglomeration of aircraft and type 4 parts I have made yet, and all for about 2,000 bucks!!!!!!!!thank god for high time engines and the FAA....

kool, I have a passing interest in your work. I see some of the parts you mentioned once ion awhile at a machine shop. Tell me about the FAA!!!! I build jets and its amazing the detail level they are involved at. Besides my Bro is a big wig FAA kinda guy. I have a real understanding of their requirements. :-]

I'd love to see your handiwork.

Glad to see that someone is interested in learning more...... just this morning at a local traffic light I was subject to show off my blown powerplant and what it is capable of. some pontiac guy in an old barracuda looked at me wrong and I left the line with both front wheels in the air....by the time he shoved his foot to the floor I was in 3rd gear and 5 car links ahead of him... when it was all said and done he pulled alongside me and said what kind of engine is that....I just replied..."This is my aerowagen, there are a few that look like but none perform like it, the engine is a big experiment with my name and handywork thruout" I left him with a smokin burnout and peeled rubber on his hood!!!!!!

Hey aerowagen, I don't know if you saw my announcement at the top of page, but now you can attach pictures to posts. So why don't kick it off, by posting some pics of your frankensteinian project.
