This is a picture of my bug that I chopped several years ago but unfortunatley didn't finish. I cut the bottom of the bug off several inches and was going to cut the torsion tube from the pan and move up 3 in. in order to keep the stock geometry in the suspension. Has anyone ever done this? I know have a 55 oval and I'm thinking that I'm going to try to do this to lower the back in of the bug and use drop spindles in front. This way I'll have a totally stock ride. Thanks
