Weber 44 question.
Just wondering if Weber IDF 44's can be used on a stock 1600dp with header and hide away muffler, 009 dizzy w/pertronix with rejetting them. I plan on getting a larger engine in the future and would like to buy carbs that will be upgradeable to a larger engine and still work on the current one. It currently has a set of baby dells on it and I'm looking for a little more uummppfff.

Weber 44 question.
I put Dual 44's on my 1600 (it had a header, but it also had aircooled.net's stage 3 heads (the 'older' ones)) http://bugman.50megs.com/
With a jetting change and venturi change it should run fine, but talk to John C. at aircooled.net to make sure
(BTW: jetting the carbs down wont be cheap!)
