kadrons

Hi, I have a quick question about my carb setup. I have a 1679cc that I used to have kadrons on. the problem is that the driver's side carb sputtered, could anyone help me with this problem. Also, I put a stock solex on there, and now it will not even start, all it does is at wot almost cranks. The local guy says that it is a vaccuum leak but all the lines are plugged. what are my options?

Leave the Kads on. Sounds like you need to blow the carb out with air. You mite have a obstruction in there. Another reason mite be is your accellerator pump mite need to be adjusted. Look at A.J. Sims site!
