Sir, you are an inspiration. I already have most of your pics saved on my computer as a guide for my car. The only proplem is that I love to go over curbs and off road with my car and your set up will not work. I am looking for a balance between road racing and baja. I think that at some point I will go all out racing but that will have to wait till I put a cage in. Thanks for the pics and love the stories.

I love your pictures. I race a 4 cylinder 914 here in the States in SCCA. I have always had it in the back of my mind to maybe build a VW for SCCA. Maybe the next race cr will be a VW.
I assume that the super beetle is the car to start with?

Hi Mark, the superbug is a great start although many have used a beam front end beetle with great success also. The advatages of the Superbugs is the adjustability of the strut suspension that I don't think that u can get with a beam.
