'T'intake OR 'Y' intake and why?

With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

Depends if you're talking blow thru or pull thru. If pull thru, then a T is essential to stop fuel falling out of suspension (Y manifolds tend to wet one bank of cylinders). Blow thru's flow better with Y shaped deviding boost pipes...

I've got a Y piece on my blow thru supercharged motor for the very reason Matt mentioned. Here's an old pic of the motor from the back when it was on the dyno and one of the manifold itself.

Any decent hydraulics specialist should stop them Matt.

Moggy, where did you get your 2" hose clamps from? I've been looking for a supplier...
