Hello, my bocar pict 34 is flooding itself, the choke is completely off, and the fuel is all they way leaned, and it still floods, I pull off the air box, and look down in there, and I can see, and hear it pooling up on the butterfly. Please help!!!!

You need to open up the top of the carb and check your float level, if that is correct then the needle valve is worn and letting in fuel that isn't needed, needs replacing, I can't remember the correct setting for the float level maybe someone can help you there.
