Nice Turbo setup (pic)
I don't know anything, just found the pic in an album from the VW Classic online.
I am thinking of a similar setup for my 2276 powered baja bug.

Thats kind of what my used type-4 setup looks like. Turbo in the left rear, where the carbs are mine has dual throtle bodys. And its all fitted over a Corvair style cooling system using the stock fan and a GM alt.

Either IDF or DRLA. I would guess DRLA because that is what most people use. DRD on the forum knows the owner.

Steve,
This is a system I put together for a friend of mine. He is using a CB Performance turbo/efi with my header and intake. I have more pics if you would like to see more.

Hi
The lack of rear engine tin bothers me, also the air that the air filter gets would be pretty warm as well and no intercooling hmmmmmm
Regards Steve C

What kind of turbo are you using to put down 300RWHP? How much boost? Also, is it a typeIV or I engine and what is it using for the tranny?

Jerry D., can I have some details on your header construction? I have Cb throttle bodies and I want to turbo my baja. Can you build a copy of your exhaust and the upper T pipe and sell them to me? Or at least guide me in copying your setup?
