Hello all.
I'm currently doing some background work on a possible future efi/ turbo motor build.
I have managed to acquire the following, all brand new:
55mm TB - 2 off
50mm TB - 4 off
36mm TB - 2 off
The parts are all single tb's from Fords and have TPS fitted.
Is there anything here that could be useful in a turbo/ fi conversion on a large (2000+) aircooled motor? I've been told that 4x50mm may be a little large (and a pain to get all 4 in synch!). Perhaps a single 55mm would be a good conversion? Would there be any benefit in fitting 2x55's?
Can anyone advise?
Cheers
Gary Miller

I currently own a turbo EFI motor that features the standard IDF pattern twin TBs that you see advertised. I have four 48mm butterflies and am considering making the change to using a single 60mm TB from a 5.0 Mustang. The advantage of this particular TB is that it has a built-in IAC motor that should work with most aftermarket EFI computers.
This will be a winter/spring project so don't expect to hear anything from me until early May of next year...
