2270 exhaust plus heater box recommendations

I have put together one of Jake's mild 2270s for a customer and, as the car goes back together (it was a complete strip and paint as well), we are mulling over exhaust options. Cool mornings are the norm up here, unless you only want to drive a month or so each year, so heater boxes are required. Except for autoatlanta.com, SS heater boxes for the 914 seem to have dried up. The autoatlanta.com system clocks in not too far under a plain tangerine. If you add coating, heater boxes and silencer to the tangerine, its price goes through the roof.

Any recommendations or practical experience?

It looks like AA is getting $605.00 for each side ($1210.00 for a pair) What a bargain! I can remember tha days when you could pick up a good used pair for $150.00 at a swap meet....looks like these are worth their weight in gold. (at least in Atlanta)

I did a quick search and came up with this site below, you may want to give them a call and see if you can get a pair from them...less than 1/2 the price of AA. Good luck!
