My Fuel Pump hasn't shut off since it rained days ago!

It rained here in San Francisco the other day and I think maybe my fuel injection ECU (brain box) got wet (everything else did!) and is causing this?

I can hear my fuel pump running even with the key out of the ignition.

It saps my battery fairly quickly and I have to recharge it. I've started just disconnecting it while I try to figure this out...

Check the relays in your relay box on the drivers side. Water normally cant get in the ECU.
