When I tried to use my wipers #8 fuse burned out. Is the Motor toast? How do I fix this. Every manual I have is nearly worthless on the subject.

It could be the motor, or it could be something in the wiring. Possibly even the switch. You're going to have to try to isolate parts of the circuit to find where the short to ground is.
Check the wiring diagrams (in Haynes in B&W, or on Pelican's site in full color) for what things are powered by the #8 fuse.

Yeah... neither the Horn, nor the lighter work. I am thinking that might be part of the problem. (maybe this is why the battery drains when it sits?)
The last time I worked on this well over a year a go I tested a lot of things and couldn't get it to work. Since then I replaced the switch, but havn't realy done anything to see if it works now.
