Removing 1/4 windows from doors

Removing 1/4 windows from doors

I'm preparing a friends 914 for paint. We are taking the car apart (totally) for paint. I have not yet figured out how to remove the 1/4 glass from the doors so I can remove the rubber trim. Suggestions? :?:
