210 flywheel with 7mm clutch bolts and no locating pin?

I'm about to put my engine in my car, and I went to bolt up the pressure plate to the flywheel and found out that it uses 7mm bolts instead of 8mm, and it has not locating pins. Should I be concerned about this when I'm putting 120bhp to it? I can't even find flywheel bolts that size. What should I do?

Are the threads rusty or dirty? I couldn't get the 8mm bolts into the FW
Jake sold me and thought that it was a 215, so I went out and bought
7X1mms, but I put a 8mm 1.25 tap into it and cleaned the threads and
all kinds of rust and junk came out of those holes!

Turns out is WAS a 210mm with 8mm holes!

Jake sells 7mm bolts, heck I got a set from my local parts store and
don't even need them, since my 215 has 8mm and no pins either!

Gotta take a pic of that FW this weekend...it is a bastid fer sure!
Was sold to me as a forged wasser FW of off ESlay....

SOB does RING like a forged FW! I won't know till I have it turned if
it is forged.

Hey Jake, What do I torque the 7mm bolts to? All I have torque specs for are 8mm.

I got the bolts, but the flywheel you sent me is a 215mm and it was supposed to be 210mm. I got the right clutch and pressure plate. I will email you thru the type4store.[/i]

Absolutely. The OD of the 210 and 215 flywheels are identical- only the inside is opened up for the larger clutch...
