Post by mike75bug »

I am moving from Maine to the West Indies this summer and have to liquidate most of my parts collection. Email me with any requests or questions.

Body Parts:
* Front and rear fenders from a '69 beetl - rough, but repairable shape
* Hood from '69 beetle rough, but repairable
* Hood from a '75. Sanded and primed. One or two dings to repair
* Front and rear fenders from a '75 all sanded and primed. insides coated with POR 15. Headlight bucket have some small rust holes
* Pair of doors from a '69. Complete, even with interior panels, etc. Decent shape.
* 6 4-lug stock rims
* wiper arms and motor

Engine:
* Lots of rocker arms
* Mint fan shroud from a '69
* Engine tin from a '75 and some misc earlier stuff
* one pair of rebuildable dual port heads, stock bore
* German late model flywheel
* Lots of rebuildable starters, gens, and alts.

And a bunch of misc stuff.

You don't by chance have the parts to change a '69 generator to an alternator, do you?

I will have some of the parts, but not all. Also, I have not tested the parts. If anyone is local I will give you my whole box of alts, gens, and starters for $5.00.

Mike- with those wiper parts, do you have the mechanism part also? I need the one that has the splined shafts and takes the bolt-on wiper arms.

Also, I may be interested in all of your tin. How much for the lot? I'm in NJ, so shipping won't be *that* bad. We could also probably meet up at Litchfield, CT in June...

Anyone hear back from this guy? I talked to him twice and thought we had something going and he disappeared off the face of the planet.

I am still here, but won't have time to check until this weekend. I am a tech coordinator for a school and this week a software app destroyed our school's main server and I have been flat out trying to fix it.
