Internally Regulated Alterator -- What Years -- 12 V Convers

What year Alternators were internally regulated?

I don't know this off the top of my head since so many had the Motorola and so many parts have been swapped around.

Anyone have an idea?

I think they began using the (Bosch) internal reg alternator during the '75
model year (US models).

They were installing both Motorola and Bosch alternators up till then,
each with its own style regulator.
