I had POR in an aerosol can. I used to to treat some rust but accidentally got some on the paint. I didn't notice it til it had sat in the sun for a month. Anyone know how to get this off without damaging the paint? Rubbing compound didn't work.
Normal POR doesn't stick well to smooth surfaces like paint. I would use a razor blade to scrape it off, but be care full not to damage the wanted paint.
Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.
