Very cool!
The (slick)tire hitting the fender during the run would not have helped either I suppose.

Were those 6" slicks?

Will you build a new engine for your own car Marco?

Tnx,
Walter

(loved the update in Volksworld as well)

there M/T 8.5inW,26inH,15inRim.
Look at the tire smoke on the rollers the first couple of times, so we had to ratchet the car down more resulting in the slick rubbing on the wing but we managed to get a full pass.
It made 416/417hp in Belgian and 413hp in the Uk on different days and different temperatures thats less than 0.5% so pretty consistent.
The new motor is being made 2914cc wbx, with 910 heads, twin turbo, all still watercooled and on pump gas.

Where will you run your car?

On topic: does Matt use your Wolf 3D ecu as well?

We've got some mobile phone footage of when we first ran it up. It's quite funny as I hadn't clamped one of the water hoses on to the header tank properly, so when it got warm it popped off and was spouting like a volcanic geezer!

Any techies out there know how to upload mobiel phone footage to YOUTUBE?

Hi Matt, I haven't got alot of knowledge about WBX engines, but I do know how to upload vids from your cell to youtube

What kind of phone have you got? Send me a PM or mail, I'll guide you through this.

Excellent!
Glad to notice more dragracers seeing the 915 as a possibility besides Russ Fellows

Personally I would opt for a limited slip differential as I need it more for circuit racing than for drag racing, but thats a whole other topic

Tnx!
