Painting front beam
Want to paint a front beam with something durable. Black. Offroad tough.
Beam may be fully assembled so powdercoating may not be an option.
Ideas?

So you think your project is taking forever eh? Well you've got nothing on me.....

$50/gallon for zero rust.. makes about 3 gallons..
Looks like powder coating when done.
Forgot - direct to metal too.... in the same rust encapsulator class as POR etc.

The beam has really got to be cleaned well. I used "Heavy Rust" Rustoleum. The finish coat was Duplicolor Low Gloss Engine Enamel....Looks great to me!

It's still in the Restoration Booth!
