What's required to fit a set of 1.9 pistons and liners to a 2.1 case?
I presume the deck height will be the main problem.
Is the wrist pin located differently on the 2.1?
Many thanks for your time.

i have a set of 2.1 dj pistons that are no good to me cus to high a compression ratio with the turbo. they are used thou. oh and i've stripped my engine down to give it a freshen up as the knock on start up was anoying the hell outa me. i'm gonna have to use a 1.9 crank thou with standard pistons as i haven't got any low comp 2.1's. so wish i could jus go ahead and throw marco my 2.1 and a load a dosh, but jus can't afford that right now.

That sounds high for a street runaround plus i'm using 1.25 rockers.11,4-1
Seems a shame to cut these pistons also as they are brand new proper German ones.
How about a swop? I'll need to keep the liners and rings though.i'm gonna have to use a 1.9 crank thou with standard pistons as i haven't got any low comp 2.1's
