Hi, every one. please help

I want to set up my 1302 bug for daily drive ( 80-100 km/day hill and hiway, every day 2500-3500 rpm is mostly use)
I think only 100 hp with 1584 is enough for me, don't want to increase cc to achive, i need low end torque for hill clamp.
where should i start.

I plan to use small japan supercharge that i have (aisin amr500 from nissan march) with my STD1584 (rise up cr to 9.2:1 use LPG only for two years), now i take engine apart because lifter fail. so this is good time to set up.

any one try?
will it work with my propose?

ur probably aiming abit high at 100hp from a amr300 on a stock 1600
that CR is abit to high
ive got a 4agze blower on my stock 1600 (7.5CR) which is a 1200cc blower, urs is only 300cc and its putting 84hp at the wheels at 6psi
even with 7.5CR i occasionally get ping
i havent dyno'd it since upping to 10psi

there was a bug getting around here that sold on ebay awhile back that has an amr300 on a stock 1500sp with a 2" SU

from spec. this arm500 have 500cc/rev. ( arm300 have 300cc/rev )
May i ask for ur belt ratio with ur SC12,
from the calculate number, I got 2.2:1 for 6 psi, is it correct?
do i need to reduce ratio to compensate heat expansion?

STD. part can up boot to 10 psi!? :shock: how ?



I use with LPG only, before this i set to 10.2:1 run daily for a year before lifter fail, never ping with correct timming ( 094dis. 13 deg@1000 rpm
but if i set to 15-18 some ping in mid rpm. but it pull stronger.?)


Im not so sure about 9.2:1 with 6+ psi
with octain 116-120 of LPG. this will work?

have any one try high cr with boost?

hi,
sorry i was half asleep when i read that i though u had a 300 not a 500

currently mines running at 1.23:1 and can hit 10psi in 1st and 2nd gear but only 8 in 3rd and 4th
i havent had any real dramas with heat but i am working on setting up a water injection system

ive got no real exp with running LPG
i just run mine on 95 premuim which i think is 92 in the US
