does anybody know how make the rear valance removable???

DZUS fasteners are the prettiest way. Nut serts or screws will work. Its easier to start with a new apron, since you can trim the old one to hold the DZUS fastners.

Clarification.

I'm guessing this is an international post.

Do you mean the yankee term "apron"

Are you repainting your car or just trying to make it removable.

First place to start is pulling the factory spot welds.
