What did you do to your turbo today?

With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

Well I did nothing due to car is not with me but I am thinking of building a water to air cooler. Also i have aline on a Gatling gun off a c130 spec war gun ship. I believe?? It could be off a black hawk too. It is not all there but would go KICK AZZ on my dunebuggy.

I added pwm idle control to my megasquirt, it's pretty cool I have to say :D So i now control a pwm idle valve, boost and my oil cooler fan. And so many more things to add...

And I got a pump so I can start thinking about a charge cooler and placement for stuff.

I finally got my alcohol injection kit and my LM-1 tuner in. I cleaned the 750 holley and made a brace for it on the draw through setup. After I make the race at the Texas Motorplex this weekend I will be pulling the DLI blower off and installing my new GT33 turbo kit on my 2387 in the 52.

Sure wish I'd be able to see it. I've seen your car several times with the blower. Sounds awesome!

I'll keep you updated with pictures on the transformation. I like the look of the blower, but I want the power of the big turbo.

Thanks, sounds like a plan. When you start the "reconstruction" start a new post here so we can all see it!

That cracked me up like no other.

Some days you look at all the work you have left to do and all you can do is take the easy way out.

Well I've been around looking and reading...but just a few weeks back I bought the old Rajay/Rotomaster kit off of capnscoop. I'm making a few updates and mods, and adding a big 2" SU. It will be mounted on a 1915 I built for a buddy but bought it back when he jumped ship (wasn't even started  ) and got a great deal to boot. It's in the mock up stage and will add some pictures soon...

I pulled the DLI blower and put a turbo on my split today. I will finish plumbing it this week sometime.

That is a look that would have to grow on me. I could overlook it for the power I guess
