Damper for rack n pinion

Post by Ponggol2666 »

I see on some german sites, they use damper with the rack n pinion on the supers, does it handle better or just steering feedback is better? Thanks.

I use one. Its more stable steering and less sudden backslap when hitting a pot hole. Could dampen some urge for shimmies with big wheels, but no problems there either.
I really like it, especially if you have heavier (porsche) wheels and brakes (more unsprung wheight).
