Hey all
I have been meaning to get these posted all week.
Our space at 9pm saturday. My buddy Tom is the vendor, I am the transportation, and the
green Baja (for sale) belongs to a friend of his:
I liked this volksrod. So did a lot of other people!
It was sitting in the middle of the American rod section but they didn't seem to mind.
I LOVE OFFROADERS!
A line of 'lookers:
This Ghia was frustrating to snap a pic. Either a car was driving by or someone was walking by!
No joke it took waiting 3 minutes for this shot
My poor camera can't show just how RED this 67 was.
Not your fathers dune buggy:
Mild custom vert:
Class 11 style!
The lone 914 in the show. This is more than normally show up!
Standing at the southeast corner of the swap at the main pedestrian entrance gate.
The car corral goes on for a few hundred yards to the right.
If you have not been to a Pomona swap meet you should try to make it sometime!
That's all for now! Next swap is March 9th!!
So you think your project is taking forever eh? Well you've got nothing on me.....

Not that day. A few people took his number but no promises. Like was posted in the ORF, it was kinda pricey for a stock suspension Baja. It's a real clean car, but the owner had everything done at shops and the asking price reflected. I don't think he will get 8 for it.

I have tons and tons of pix from it (at home --- I'm away)
Spend about 30 minutes with it at KCW... unfortunately it is overpriced for the work quality.. I believe they wanted ~$17k for it... the fenderwells etc were fiberglass overlays etc.
Nice car.. just a few hours short of being concourse.
