The inner bearing race was spinning on the spindle. I took it to a machine shop and had it knurled. Sorry the video is so short but I had my camera in the car and before I got back it was done. The video is showing how it is done not being done.

Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.
