those rails being thin i should have too much trouble i hope!

If tank connector (1 inch "disposable tank connector" - US style) is same for propane and mapp gas container your torch can handle either gas type....

Cheers Dale, I'll take a look next time I'm inthe shop!

Ordered 4 Nippon denso plugs for the injectors.

Currently flatting off the manifold tops to bolt on my plates I'm making.

FPR 3bar arrived today.

Goin to order up my hard lines ect...
Getting there!

Just need to double check how to wire injectors and the tps maybe and I'm good to go I think!

For NA do I just block off the FPR vac port?

Map gas was amazingly hotter!

first attempt at brazing...

Image

how they'll sit on the engine (all fuel pipes facing backwards) and going to chop off all the excess metal one them

Image

going to try and run the injectors like this with plugs inside the rails instead of outside for more compact package...

Well, the ITBs are on and working! Need a bit of hammering to give some clearance to the right hand fuel rail but it all works!

42 -45mm are pretty common and either will flow more air than 48 IDAs due to no venturii...
Getting the spacing the same is usually more of a challenge, I have some 42s off a Yamaha waverunner jet ski (R1 based motor) that are flanged true ITBs.... Just welded up std manifolds so the bolts could be installed in the right places.
An adapter plate would have been easier for most.
The TBs themselves are only 60mm tall. The bore spacing is ~perfect.

They have them on Ebay all the time.

Waverunner 1100
Engine is basically a marine version of a gsxr1000, Itbs bolt direct to head.
Newer versions are probably larger.
