Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

Thats my boys, I built it from a discarded yard cart, if it s ok I will try to post som pics on here, if not check out www.diygocarts.com I have a thread on there. My wife is so mad at me right now, my latemodel isnt finished and I am working on the bug, lol. I was 4th in points last yr`and Late Model Rookie of the yr` and went to a new chassis, its rolling with powert train, just needs plumbing and sheet metal to race really. Bug just more fun driving it every day and saving $$ on gas over F-150

i've never seen one of those before.
Ya need to get cable herbie. Do they have that in ole folks homes?
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

Nice job, been busy lately have ya? Do you like the pushrod tubes?

What did you do to gain the extra height? Baja is coming along very nicely.

Pushrod tubes leak, came with the motor $30 craigslist find, cleaned and painted, old motor had issues. Re-indexed torsions to get the height. As soon as I can get the balljoints pressed ot and new ones pressed in the new beam goes in.

Good to hear!
Those are the JCW ones, right? You running an amp to them or just straight from the radio?

Looks like you have some kind of rubber boot where the bar clamps to the drip rail???
