No but you can check for the diffrence in the readings vs your sensor and guage.
Mario don't you have AT and CHT with the Megasquirt? SDS uses both.

SDS uses both.

Don't confuse a cylinder temp sender (the screw-in sender for warm-up enrichments) with a true thermocouple; the SDS does not have thermocouple inputs.

IIRC, there is an add-on thermocouple board for MegaSquirt which makes this possible.
