Tnx H, yeah, I think with the current fuel prices this was a project I was thinking about much longer already: why not downsize and use turbo technology and modern fuel and ignition management to give power and milage? Sort of like the downsizing as in the direction of current developments in the automotive industry (well, we're running behind again, but you get the idea).
Thats also why the CR is relatively high, especially with the short duration cam I'am using.
The crank has been polished and heat treated, same treatment as my stock non-counterweighted T4 crank got, so I have good experience with that and should stiffen the crank up a bit, which I can use with this thing. Its not nitrading, but much like a carbonization iirc. And yes, also balanced of course, seperate and together with flywheel and pressure plate, you know the drill I suppose
